....their partner/spouse and increased communication within their relationship, and an ability to let go of attachment to outcome and live life from a place of presence and clarity.”
Joanna’s personal practice of mindfulness and living in the now was something she began in 2001 and has continued in every day of her life in the years since. “From 1992 to 2001, I was very young at this time and busy in business (management and sales trainer for a large U.S. company) and building and nurturing a home, a life, a new marriage relationship, and birthing and raising two sons. Life was busy. Seemed “perfect” from anyone on the outside looking in. It was not always easy, but I was coping. But I felt that something was missing. I needed to discover my calling, my passion; my purpose and why life often seemed ‘empty’. After a divorce I became a single mother and with a one year old baby and a six year old, I began my ‘back-to-myself’ journey. And the time came when I knew my calling was to empower women and families to live life consciously”.
“I am called to do this life-changing work because I see the changes that occur in the people I am blessed to work with. And because I have a passion for listening and understanding life journeys”.
